it could be the CDI "Brain of the scooter, a little black box with a 6 prong connector" those are notorious for going bad so try and get a performance CDI off ebay. Also your stator, "behind the flywheel" can go out, the stator is kind of like an alternator that's in a car, if a wire has shorted or something went wrong with the stator you can test it with a multi meter. when the flywheel spins around the stator it sends a magnetic signal to the CDI which tell's the CDI to Spark the spark plug. there's a little bump on top of the flywheel that passes the stator pick up which is a magnetic piece that bolts outside the flywheel, usually held by two screws. if your ignition system fails it can be quite a few things, faulty CDI, Stator, Solenoid, spark plug Coil, Spark plug and the electric start switch on your handle bar will sometimes not work, the kill switch can also fault and cause the electric start not to work because the kill switch will ground out or it won't allow you to kill the engine, check all these problems, sometimes it can be Short's in the wiring harness it's sometimes a headache man but it can be fixed. if it's not an electrical problem it may be an engine problem, make sure the oil is good, carburetor is clean and adjusted correctly, getting fuel to the carb, you'll see the gas build up in the fuel filter. if no gas in the filter it could be a dirty or an unadjusted carburetor, bad fuel lines, stopped up, bad air to fuel ratio, not enough vacuum in the lines " could be an air leak". there's many things with these Scooter that could go wrong, better buy a small battery charger, socket set and learn a little more about Chinese scoot's if you plan to keep it running.

I have cleaned several carbs and have not been able yet to make it work. I always end up buying the whole new carb. I hope it works for you. That hose some guys mentioned is definetely wrong.
-
no darn sound all you did just point and move carb around it dont help at all are you deaf or get someone talk for you thanks

If your new to bike carbs try taking pictures with your phone before you go at it.

Instead of asking for where the hoses go, you should be asking why the hoses go there. Understanding how your system operates will help you figure it out on your own through deductive reasoning. It will also help your diagnose future issues you may have. Small engine mechanic here. I see these scooters all the time and have owned dozens of them.

Your carb hoses are all wrong

My scooter starts and runs but it won't move when I turn tha throttle and all it does is get load like its driving plz help I need it to get to work this weekend
-
Connect the vacum hose to the petcock and did yo clean the 3 jets and everything round the floater and dude next time try to talk or get somebody else to talk for you what the fuck is wrong
-
the manifold intake (brass nipple) doesn't even have nothing attached. that's the hose that should connect to that (petcock) 2 nipple'd part lol on the bottom of the gas tank screwed in with 2 connections. basically there's 2 nipples on a manifold intake on a scooter sometimes one. but you have 2 like usual. So 1 is for the gas. Which I stated goes to the petcock bottom nipple. The top one is the fuel that's already in the right place. I think all you need to do is connect that hose from the gas tank petcock bottom nipple to the brass nipple on the intake manifold. I cant tell cause your not talking or showing the other sides where you have each hose connected to. But yea so there's 2 brass nipples on intake 1 for the vacuum to operate the petcock to get fuel. the other vacuum hose is for the exhaust gasses and shit. that should be hooked up right. and the bottom of the carb with that screw is just a drain to drain the gas out if your replacing jets inside.
