Am I the only one who has to pause in order to keep up? I've been doing crunches almost every day since I was 14 (25 now) and I'm on day two of this routine and can hardly keep my breath

hi there andrew, been going to the gym for 7months now and I can say that my body improves, I can see the result however, im not taking thosy whey protein or suppliments coz im only targetting a thin toned body. shud I take those suppliments? what do u think?
