You can build this bike for under $450. It will go 8 miles at 20 MPH without pedal assist. At 30 MPH it will go 2 miles. It was made for pedal assist. It went almost 23 miles at 15 mph with PA. The batteries come with a balance charger, an ac/dc and a 12V car charger, a powered USB, and a LED light than can blink or stay on. Also included are battery clips for starting your car. A really nice electric biki for under $500.

Can't lose with those batteries.Read your thread on ES,nice to see the bike.I'am using lithium 36v 4ah lawn mower batteries on mine.
