Honda CB400N 1981 Restoration Project. V5 in my name. I bought this for spares but it's way too good to break. It runs, though it needs a new battery. Generally in good condition just needs a few minor jobs for it's MOT. Has a good rear tyre, brakes appear to work OK, forks look good and shiny, the only pitting is above the seal line, seals appear to be intact. Has a 2-1 exhaust in reasonable condition, needs a polish. Has pretty good chrome throughout. Everything needs a good polish/clean. Has the wrong seat, I think it's the later CB400NS type, it fits but doesn't match the fairing. Runs but doesn't rev too well, I suspect it needs a carb balance/service as it's been stood for a while. Clutch is a bit sticky but should clear with use. Side panels are held on with screws as some of the lugs are missing. Choke cable has a bodged end, but works and really easy and cheap to replace. Needs a front tyre. I'll add more detail when but feel free to ask me anything. It is advertised elsewhere so it may be removed anytime. I would lie to let it run to the end of the auction, but I'm always open to a good offer. Will need collecting in van/trailer, not a ride away bike, quite.
