Do you have other vids of the rebuild?
-
So where could I find a junker like that? I've been looking for a project for forever.

Jig!.. Build what you want off a 2x3 bar of rectangular steel bolting the rims down at the shrader holes with the tires off.. but remember that things will change as the engine wont be on the ground and each tire has its own height to consider..
-
Thanks!.. Were back on it SOON.. It's spring 2010 and as you can see I'm into the Hotrod at the moment.. So don't miss that one.. -Rob

Cool video. I've got two '74 Honda 360's that I'm restoring and an '82 KZ 550 that I got just this past weekend for free. The KZ is in bad shape chrome/paint wise...sounds like a perfect candidate for a bobber! Keep up your work, I'll need inspiration.

Quick question is that a 5th wheel/dolly from Consolidated Frieghtways??? If so I worked for them for 17 years before they went under.
-
just do alota measuring and eyeballing, i dint use a jig to chop my kz650, just measure eyball and levels, should be fine

Jim B?

Oh I bet they wouldn't like it ! - Mine might just be the screen over the barrel. I have it all planned out in CAD down to 1/4 scale so just imagine how BIG the original gun was... -Chopper Rob
