The next step is getting an old guy to train him in fighting.

This guy is the real life Matt Murdoch, aka Daredevil!

AMAZING!!!!

"Ah I see"
Wait -
The steadiness of his eyes amazes me. I rarely see blind people who can do that. Can we, seeing people, develop such ability? :/
-
who does his hair
-
that man isb absolutely amazing
-
He never blinked once
-
They should learn Xhosa then they will be able to see colors ;)
-
I have a big curiosity here..... Um, the problem is, I want to know how blind people learn how object look (like to the one who lost their vision from birth or as a baby because you know, baby didn't quite have the chance to see everything before they grow up). So if he uses sound to see, then at least he imagined how it look so se could know what is it (he basketball court). Or is it describe by words?

Bat can see using sound, he can see using sound, he's literally BATMAN
-
Isn't he kind of using sonar, in a way? (Oh and this is amazing btw 👍👏)

The BBC did a documentary about this guy a few years ago. He was the perfect/ideal test subject coz of his ability to convey what he was seeing (Sic) with such detail & clarity to the researchers in a manner they can understand.
Personally I believe we all share this same ability to train other parts of the brain when such a huge 1 of our sences is denied us. So much of our brain % appear to be idle as seen on MRI Scans. This dude oner a pn MRI Scan shows that there's part of his brain with synapses being fired & highlighted. We underestimate the human race & while the debate continues "Have we peaked at eveloution.
I wld argue that were far from it & eveloution will continue to evolve in Homa Sapien & will continue to be tweaked over millennia.
1 day we will learn how to communicate in a variety of ways other than speech. This dude proves that all that extra brain that we see doing nothing is standing by in reserve just waiting on new techniques such as Batman here. -
he can Identified objects but I wonder if he can watch a tv using echolocation?
