Cheap press pin crankshaft that scissors taking out the oil pump.

Did anyone else see the gap between the piston, and cylinder? That piston was moving around a lot in there.

So this video was made for 11 year olds in small engines class. Listen HD, I wanna know if your engines are still crap or if you changed them for the better. Clearly, this video doesn't do it.

I notice that conspicuously absent are the two Roller chain, cam chain, PLASTIC, tensioners. Why were they left out of the demo cut away? They are a critical component, which are designed to wear out as they rub against the outboard, Roller Chain Drive and the Inboard (behind the cam support plate), Drive and is located on top of the two cams. Failure to change out a worn out tensioner, pad, can result in metal to metal contact, between the hydraulic tensioner holder and the Roller Chain, resulting in metal shavings, which will score the cylinders, oil pump and crankcase and crater the engine. Harley has left out of any owner's manual or service manual, at which the mileage interval should be as to when to check for wear of the tension pads, Why? And check out that lightweight, pressed together crankshaft which can twist out of true and also crater the engine.......
