At least we have uncovered the reason, for why they went out of business. Its no longer a mystery.

1929 JAP KT sidevalve engine. Magneto ignition, total loss lubrication system. Finding people who can rebuild those old magnetos is virtually impossible. The slightest dampness will put them off, and the carburation was anything but precise!

What year mfg. of this bike/engine?
-
The suspense is killing me.

I think its best not to sit on it while kicking. Also I think being as the nerves are electrical and radio freguency like the psychic energy released through the frustration of its misfire can affect the electrics I think eventually there was a break and some compatible energy maybe the Salvation Army band caused some energy blocks as well?

The carburetor has no air filter, is this the original design?

I would love to introduce that guy to my father's T120C that was built for flat track racing... high compression, short kicker and no compression release makes for fun starting. I'm over 300lbs and its still hard for me to kick, you can't just push it with your leg you have to seriously jump on it and mean it and hope it doesn't kick back.

Ha.nearly 7 mins to get started.Same as my wife!!!!!

@svenskan007 Not my bike, this was at a vintage show & the owner was also puzzled why it didn't start more easily

Great bike and kicking action but you need to jump up higher to give it a good kicking over! Why was it such a beast to get lit up?
