Hey guys! Love your videos. :-)
Tell me if you can, why do some people on a bike think they can just jump on your wheel without permission? On a bike path, a jerk on a fixie, was drafting me. I was completely unaware until I attempt to turn right, and he had no where to go but to slam me and falling on top of me, taking me back to the ground. Long story short... the impact and the force of his body between my head and shoulder, gave me a concussion, tore rotator cuff, bruise ribs, servers cervical and spinal injuries. 4 1/2 yrs and I'm still recovering. This week was the first time I was able to ride a little at 10mph. I can't say what I will do the next time I see this jackass in my area. -

Guess no road bike for me... Lol I'm a kid

Short stem and compact bars. Super comfort even on a bike with quite aggressive race geometry. My bike came with a long 120mm stem and bars with quite deep drops. Felt too stretched. Making this change made all the difference.

Not the cycling shorts. I have hairy man legs and I don't want to shave.

I ended up purchasing a very comfortable gel saddle, a little big but plenty of cushion for my bottom. With my other saddle I would stand up after 7 minutes from ouchies. Turns out, my amazing saddle has one downfall, it cuts off the circulation to the back of my legs, pressing up against the back of my legs, making it difficult to use. Now my bottom is happy, but some other part of me isn't. I bought a new streamlined saddle, yep, gel, hopefully it turns out better.
