How To Build a Motorized Bike
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
A few years ago I made a video demonstrating how to install a motorized bike kit. I wanted to remake the video to include some additional information that was left out of the first one. Here is a video demonstrating how I built a bike work stand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaW70bTv-BU

THanks for this very informative video. The kit you link to is $99US. Is that the price for the complete kit? That is a great price. Others are much more on EBay. Is the motor dangerously hot? Will I burn my legs or pant leg. Can a different muffler make it quieter? How do you think the four stroke engine would be different?
Where I live in lower Baja Mexico, the price of gas is already very expensive. It is going to jump another 20% in a couple of days. This is a very practical solution to transportation problems for a lot of people who are really struggling with making ends meet. I am going to buy a kit and try it out. I wouldn't want to buy the wrong kit and I'll appreciate your feedback. I'll look for your other videos. Thank you again. -

My bike has about 12 inches of clearance between the bottom frame bar and the top one. Do you think it would fit? How big is this motor, exactly?
