DESCRIPTION: To achieve the very best results and train safely it is important to know how to do the perfect BICYCLE CRUNCH. While there really isn’t THE way to do any exercise, this video and our Training Tips showcase the way Jenny Schatzle and the JS Movement instruct for this exercise. Fitness should be fun, but you should also train safely and as a trainer recommends.
