SALE TODAY: Learn Piano on iOS http://bit.ly/PianoAppSale Muscles Worked The bicycle is a great way to work your abs because it produces the most body rotation and muscle activity in the abdominal region, according to  Livestrong.com. It exercises all the areas of your abs, including the transverse abdominus, obliques and rectus abdominis.  Getting Started Start off by lying on your back on the floor. Raise your knees above your body so they're directly over your hips. Extend your lower legs at a 90 degree angle from the knees.  Place your hands underneath your head to help hold it up. Keep your face forward and your chin up.   Perform the Exercise Now that you're on your back in the starting position, you can do some bicycles for your abs. * Begin on your back with your legs raised at 90 degree angles from your hips.  * Bring your right knee across your body towards your left elbow while engaging your core to turn your torso toward the leg.  * At the same time, push your left leg straight out in front of you.  * Now alternate legs by pushing the right leg straight and bringing the left leg up to your right elbow.  * Continue alternating legs for a full workout.  Disclaimer: There is no "one size fits all" approach to exercise, diet or weight loss.
