you mention to keep your leg extended straight and 3" off the ground but when you are actually doing the exercise, your feet extends over a foot off the ground... but i get the idea thanks.

this bicycle thing well I ride one every day and I have love handles my upper abs below my chest and my legs are the only thing loaded with muscle and no fat. I hae been riding for years and I still have love handles and a small gut.
I have tried pickup up a heavy dumbbell then witching sides before and that really did nothing.
Reg situps till you cant do no more till it almost hurts doing atleast 20 3-4 times a day that will help you get a six pack fast and naturally you might be alil sore after the first day but every week you will get used to it. heck guys in prison do 500-1000 of those a day sometimes almost everyday -

Wouldn't hand placement on the neck/head will strain the neck? I prefer putting my hands by the side nearly covering the ears.
