i find it much easier doing it with out standing just put your seat very high and all you gotta do is lean back

I need help I can get it up but then I can't hold the front end up it goes down straight away need helpppp

This is partially incorrect, it's about getting that front wheel up but when you do, you have to lean back and find your balance point and don't pedal too fast or slow
