This video will show you how to easily rent one of those green bikes in Daejeon! All you need is your ARC number and a cellphone. You will be charged through your cellphone bill (but the price is ridiculously cheap, and actually free for the first hour). I tried to find the site with the map of all the locations of these bike kiosks, but I couldn't find it-- sorry!
