Soo my fork has the compression adjustments on the lower. Same procedure? Or am I going to have to pay a bike shop $200

glasses sounds stupid. but if it would have been the states. and someone got oil in their eyes. they'd be sued on 3,5 million dollars :)

Not a good idea to twirl the fork around on a broom handle. This is a good way to damage delicate parts on the interior.

I used this video as my guide, but he didn't replace the oil/fluid in the damper. Nor did he tak about the gasket at the bottom of the fork. I didn't know what it was and thought it might be something needing to be replaced. Otherwise easy to follow video.
