hi there my son's bike has been used only a few times but when he changes gears the chain is changing 2 gears at a tie instead of one and sometimes comes off. which step would you suggest trying first.
I bought the bike from sports direct I have tried email them but never get a reply so I'm probably best looking myself someone suggested it could be the cable that needs tightening. thanks -
