I'm a support worker for people with learning disabilities, and one of the people I look after looks and speaks a lot like the learner in this video.

I went to two different motorcycle training places 1 for the learner course (stay upright) and then to another place for the exam day (Teammoto).
Stay upright taught us to find friction point, high revs and rear brake to control speed for low speed manoeuvring. Teammoto told us to fully release the clutch, high revs while using rear brake to control speed and to stop it from stalling.
Which is the correct way ?? -
