do you change gear when you clutch up because you said your in 2nd now after you pop the clutch are you shifting into 3rd

Just want to add that if you're trying this with a supermoto or dirtbike then sliding back is not an option so you'll have to pinch the tank with your knees.

Quick question, I used to do small wheelies (then I crashed, non wheelie related but still hurts) which made me lose confidence on the bike... Anyway the question is: do you max throttle? Because I want to wheelie but Im scared to throttle to hard and it will go up too fast/hard. So I don't throttle enough and the wheel doesnt go up... Do you just go "all in" on the throttle?
Im trying on my ER6N, first gear, around 4000RPM and I just want to get off the ground, I dont to ride long distances yet ;) -

I had a 06 r6 and tried this and I came off and broke my arm also snapped my bike clean in half also was off work for 6 months as I did it at work in the drive way

I did a wheelie yesterday just accelerating and I shit myself bike went sideways and my left leg was down. I only been riding two weeks. lol
