If possible, it would be best to attach a second 'hose clamp' on the torque-arm connection component, as close as possible to the inboard side of the component (close to the attachment nut that connects the component to the torque arm). This will help prevent the twisting of the motor axle (i.e. the torque arm).
With the existing setup, where there is only one hose clamp at the end of torque-arm connection segment which does very little to resist the initial rotation of the torque arm (say 20-30 degrees). -
that's awesome, how much a complete kit like that cost? please let me know when you have a chance, thank you.

Is the rim wide enough to fit a 2.125" tire?
-
is this a 1500w engine? how fast and far could u go on only electric power with the 52v 12ah battery? would adding a second 52v 12ah battery harm anything?
-
is it safe to convert the front wheel or the rear wheel?
-
Can you please answer a few questions. What is the watt rating? What is the torque arm for? Have you ridden in rain yet? If so, was it affected by the water?
-
I like your battery pack better. please reply with link.

ok,it can do 30mph,can it be programed to 17mph,and,if so does it still have the torque to pull hills, I'm looking to use one of these type of motors on my EZ sport recumbent, probably as a pusher coroplast camper trailer "check out Paul elkins and you'll see what I have in mind", with a solar charger on top, that way,I keep the bike a bike, and have a nice self charging camper bike...and,how many Watts is this one,and if it's not to intrusive, how much was that motor kit?
-
Excellent video and much appreciated. I'm about the order this kit. what kind of distance do you get off a full charge.
-
