#ASKGMBN Is it alright to do 10 sprint if it is uphill then 40 seconds recovery downhill. I have a loop near me with a short steep uphill then a longer melow downhill
-
What clothing are they wearing? Can you guys name the brands / models? :)
-
what is a good app?
-
Do a video on how to ride in the snow like if you agree!
-
Just take spin classes over the winter 3-4 times a week, or you can buy a Keiser M3i spin bike and do it at home saving the wear and tear on your bike. The Keiser has a nice power console and Bluetooth connectivity.

-
Is that Ashton court. If so I may see you there one day.
-
Isn't this just mountain biking anyway? Up hill = really hard cardio. Downhill = rest. Simples!
-
this seems fun and helping me lose weight and I'm also getting a mountain bike from Walmart is that a good choice
-
#askgmbn can you please do a video on how to train for MTB Marathon, like 5 hr+ races
-
#ASKGMBN should u do interval training on a road, fire road, or a regular trail?
-
I wish from you to make video with (btwin) mountain bikes

Guys, thanks for this but could you go into more detail about how changing it can help different styles of riding. I am distinctly an amateur at this and I have been doing 1 minute hard at 80rpm followed by a 2 minutes rest easier around 60rpm.
Will I see any quantative results from this or should I be going harder for shorter with shorter breaks like you guys did? -
I hope this is filmed earlier because your "winter" doesn't look so bad.
regards from land of santa claus and mud, ice, rain, rain/ice/snow and mud raining with ice -
I am going riding for the whole day today and I will definitely use your techniques

Thanks for the reminder. This does seem the best way for me to lose weight, and as usual I've accumulated some over Christmas. Weather's nice too... no excuses!
