Jet Powered Bicycle _ It's Insane!
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
Strapping a jet engine to a bicycle... What could go wrong? This project is part of our Xwing journey. It's an epic journey to fly a rigid carbon fiber skydiving wing that will be turbine powered and fully aerobatic. Jet Cat USA is an official sponsor of the project and gave us a testing turbine so we can learn the engine. It's one thing to learn it on a bench test; it's another to actually put the engine to use! What would you do with a mini turbine?

-
Those mini jet engines are pretty expensive!
-
what is the name of the company that has these jet engines
-
better put some gloves on for safety
-
get a turbo prop and gear it to the wheel
-
Curious if you can control speed well and curious about the fuel efficiency. Any calculations for that? Thanks.
-
where can I get one to buy
-
They should donate three of these to "The Hacksmith" he's trying to make a real ironman flight video, but he's using electric ducted fans which aren't powerful enough. He needs three or four of these as his main lift engines, then electric fans for stability.

i will stick to motorbikes thank you more endurance
-
put it on a skateboard i betcha
-
lol this is how fat cops in future will go

Red Bull gas can, 50mph. If you could just quieten it down problem solved, no jack shafts, no sprockets, no belts, just French it into your rear fender and make the frame tubing a fuel cell, twin disk telescopic front end, disk on the rear who would know you were jet powered. That little RC jet propelled that bike to 50mph, I suppose fuel consumption would be high.
-
look what a single redbull can can do
-
now just attach one more jet engine and a wing each side and it should be all good lol XD
