Just an ordinary day on S. Royal Streets - Bikes breaking the law, ignoring stop signs

Watch as you see bike after bike ignore the stop sign and fail to yield to pedestrians and vehicles. its only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. We need enforcement and to engage bicycling groups which advocate for LAWFUL cycling. BPAC does the opposite so why is the City of Alexandria so cozy with them?
