Nice video man!! Congrats! How about the backseat? Is it confortable for long rides?
-
does it have enough power for 2 up on the highway?

I am interested in the Vulcan S top speed. Can anyone tell me if there is a video on that topic? Thanks.

I seen the video, and read some of the comments, and I am still a skeptic. I live in the south, and the speed limits are higher out here and the roads are more open and longer. it's not uncommon to encounter groups of cars driving over 80mph. with that in mind I need for it to have some power in reserve at those speeds before I become a believer. I like the bike but when I went to the dealership, they started that it top tops out at around 105. if the going speed is 80 and the bike tops out at 105, my thoughts is that the bike would struggle to get to 100 from 80, especially for someone my size 6' 250 lbs. there may be a time when your best option to avoid an f-d up day is to accelerate. that is why choose something different. I had their 900 Vulcan before, and while it did the job, i didn't feel as though it had the necessary power in reserve. right now I own a1600 marauder (same as the mean streak) and other than its age, there isn't much that I don't love about it. I really like the Vulcan s, and if they threw a 750cc or 900cc engine in it, I would be all over it.

Staten Island -> Brooklyn. I love the Vulcan S. Is that the stock exhaust on there, or aftermarket?
-
shout out to that user because that was definitely wondering if that bike was heavy enough for the highway, the first time i got on the highway it was on a tiny Buell blast and i thought i was going to fly away like a kite on the GWB

just got the same bike 2 days ago. cant wait till i can take it over 60mph. im 5'8", 150lbs. the bike throws me off the seat at small potholes. butt hurts a little after a couple hrs. need to adjust suspension and get floorboards. u got floorboards?

Great video. Got a 2016 in orange myself and I love it. I'm really tall, 6'5" - so I got the extended seat and pedals. Fits great, really fun on the highway, awesome around town.

Just bought a new 2015 Vulcan S as a 2nd bike and one for my wife to ride. My primary bike is a Ninja 1000, and I've found myself jumping on the Vulcan S more often. What a great bike! Has enough power, extremely comfortable, handling is great, just a really fun bike. Also, got $2k off the sticker...$4999. With TT&L, freight and prep....a smudge over $6k out the door! What a deal!
