Kawasaki Vulcan S Test Ride
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
A test ride on the New Kawasaki Vulcan S LAMS approved Bike for Australians. Brilliant bike, a wind shield wouldn't go astray but being that fun i wouldn't mind not having one. large customisation options and accessories, i recommend a ride on one of these if your interested in getting a modern looking cruiser

How does it look with an average sized rider? I've seen clips of it ridden by bigger riders, and because it's a modest sized bike a large rider can look like a bear on a unicycle, especially from behind. Other than that, it looks like the bike for me.

Thank's for Review 👍👍 What a fu**ing good Ride and Bike 😉😍

Would you recommend this bike for a learner, little concerning when hitting the pegs

dude, the 'Fucks' & 'O Fuck me's' are absolutely comical and explain everything about how good the ride was, & also what kept me watching till the end. Nice one mate!

Pretty sure I heard about 43 variations of fuck. Needless to say a good time was had by all.

That thing hauls. One of the few vids which show how much acceleration and speed it carries in curves. Nicely done.

Hi, thanks for the review.
I've been riding 30 years, bought one of these last month, and haven't had so much fun on a moto EVER. The Vulcan isn't a true cruiser, nor a sports bike, it's something in between. For someone who does a lot of riding in the suburbs and in city traffic, this is the ideal bike. It is responsive, yet comfortable. You sit upright so you can see traffic. It's has a low center of gravity so it is very easy to handle, especially when avoiding those down town pot holes and pedestrians. When you get out of the city it has plenty of getup and go so free-way riding is very nice as well. -
Hi Ginga, great video mate, here in England we have good biker roads but unfotunately we dont have good weather a lot of the time. Im looking to buy Vulcan soon and gonna do some serious riding from England to Scotland then to Wales. Come on summer time. Im also planning to ride to France, Spain then to Morroco and back to England this summer. Cheers great video pal.

Unfortnatley the LAMS version is only model available in Australia not the full powered version which is available everywhere else in the world ,which is ashame because I was actually thinking about purchasing one after a test ride with all the options available but changed my mind when I read the power stats in the Manual and saw how much bigger the power difference is between the two.Full Power 45kw as against LAMS 35KW Torque Full Power 63 NM as against LAMS 53 NM hopefully Kawasaki might wake up and release a full powered version in Australia in the near future.

im still undecided between the yammy xvs650 and the vulcan s.any input between the 2 bikes.both r nice but the heart is sey on the yammy. but the vulcan is sleek syling for a cruiser. whats your thoughts on the 2

Ginga, l went the 2015 klr650 in black.
Only because l know l will see a nice fire track and want to go up it.
Done the tipical mods. BB, lMS longer lever, IMS off rosd pegs, sw motech bars, oxford heat grips (life savers for snow rides)
560mm grand touring eagle screen should arrive next week.
Loving every second on this thing.
Just need louder exhaust as people just dont look when changing lanes.
They think indicating is enough. -
Now that's a phuqin' TEST RIDE! I rode a 2015 Versys with the same engine and found the throttle responsiveness rather sluggish. Is that the case? I would require a windshield, though.

Nice vid- looks like good fun!

How does it sound, when you are riding it, listening to it with helmet on while at speed?
-
Beautiful scenery by the way.
