Kemps bike totaal; bicycle shop 's-Hertogenbosch, NL

A portrait of a typical Dutch bicycle shop that sells upright city bikes first and foremost. Dutch cycle shops do not look like sports shops at all. The shop also has a workshop for maintenance and repairs and they sell second-hand bicycles. More info: http://bicycledutch.wordpress.com/2013/05/02/visit-to-a-dutch-bicycle-shop/

Thanks for the link to the bike shops. Similar to the shops in our part of Canada but with more product.

2:00 Look at that bicycle. Even at child age, that young, maybe 5 years old, it includes fenders, a rack, enclosed chain, lights, and it probably includes a bell. It probably does not have a gearing system, might have a lock on it, if it does, you would probably only get a wheel lock, and maybe a cheap cable lock, given that few ever would make a profit off a child's bike, and is probably made partly of plastic where adult bikes would be metal, like the fenders, but that is because children grow out of their bicycles within a couple years, adults can use the same bicycle for decades.
