Kickstart: Bangladesh's female motorcycle service mechanics (in Bangla)

What is it like to be a girl learning to service motorcycles in Bangladesh? After these trainees graduated, this programme was integrated into the mainstream training offers of two non-government organisations and both are continuing to turn young men and women across Bangladesh into motorcycle service mechanics. Skills in Bangladesh are changing. Bangladesh needs skilled workers, so we are making technical and vocational education easier to access for all, higher quality and directly linked to jobs.
