Wow Andy, your one lucky fella, that's taken me right back to 87, it was the most wanted bike amongst me and my mates and I've been trying to find one since. Keep up the good work, you enthuse passion and inject a humour into every build.Lee

-
hi .thank you for that video .that's a very cool bike .i was wondering is that bike for sale ??
-
Another great video and great job :O That bike is gorgeous, if they brought that design out now, it wouldn't look dated, retro and futuristic at the same time! It's a marvellous piece of engineering, I studied engineering at uni and got kind of a passion for material science, this kind of thing really excites me. You really did the bike justice with your colour choice and clean up :) well done!

just out of interest what price could it fetch, and how hard to find one? I seen a nice Raleigh out side local bike shop in deeside, was called Europa it had a diamond seat pattern, probably early 80s. It looked cool but wasn't best nick and probably over price so left it
-
wow. I could never part with that bike it looks the coolest bike ever, loved the tomorrows world footage!
-
VERY cool bike Andy. Good choice on deciding to keep it.
BTW, I have a disassembled Gitane Grand Sport Deluxe. I know they are not particularly high end bikes but I am wondering if it is worth restoring. It has the fixed bottom bracket cup stuck in the frame and I am not really sure what direction the threads are on it so I am reluctant to really put a lot of force into removing it. Any suggestions? -
Excellent video and a really unique bike!

Ride to work.......ride to school..........ride for fun....................
Riding a bike is good exercise and will keep you healthy and fit.............
Cities need to do more to encourage safe bicycle use..........employers need to support bicycle use by proving places to lock and store bicycles.......speak up and encourage your elected officials to support bike and walking paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Children need to start riding at an early age. Riding a bike to school is better than being dropped off in a car.
