the answer to that is build muscle. train your entire body. there is no such thing as "spot reduction", meaning that focusing on a specific body part will reduce the fat in that area. however, if you build muscle, it will increase your metabolism and therefor increase your caloric expenditure. of course, a well balanced meal is mandatory, but im sure you didnt need me to tell you that....

So then what do you suggest to burn stomach fat and then build muscle?

this is NOT A FAT BURNING EXERCISE. this is a core exercise that will most likely raise your heart rate above a persons fat burn zone. doing core/ab exercises will not burn belly fat.
