In this series, I will be showing you the entire process of making a dirt bike street legal and converting it to a supermoto. This is being done on my 2015 Honda CRF450R. I'll cover parts needed, requirements, a little bit of installation how-to, but most of all, having fun showing you the choices I make to build a super cool custom supermoto! In this video (Part 8), I show you how to install an LED bar headlight on a dirt bike. For this build, I'm using a kit from Cyclops Adventure Sports. They make high quality lighting parts and kits and their dirt bike LED bar is no exception. Just pick your bike and they'll send you a custom kit to install on your bike! So a light bar can be used for the front light and is legal?
I just want to ask before i do it to my dirt bike that i am making street legal
I think that is the best looking way to have a front light -
So you guys got the battery pack that came with the led bar just for the brakes? And got a better stator for the led bar to work? If I took that correctly that's a smart idea

looking to purchase the cyclops penetrator kit but curious if law requires a high and low beam light. will the led suffice in that aspect having only one setting?

In Texas, don't you need a high and low beam to pass inspection? Also, I know its state dependent, but please include the process of converting the offroad title to street legal in the series. (I live in Houston and it'd help all the other Texans and I)

you need a DOT approved headlight or this is illegal as fuck and cops will fuck you over and if you cause a crash jail for a night.. happened to my girlfriend cause the dude had a lightbar on on his truck and she couldnt see anything. he actually spent a week in jail, had to fix damages, and got the lightbar taken away

How did you wire up the battery i tried both head and brake lights with 5 volts on the stater and they are just not bright enough
