if you want the ride of your life forget the carnival and put one these between your legs!!!!!!!!!! and make sure you HOLD on/ your life depends on it
-
my friend wally macor had one of these in a two fifty version/ unbelievable what this thing could do/ i almost got hit by a train up on the altamont pass
-
has somebody ever put 2nd gear on this thing?
-
well, a 500 is too much, 20hp more is way too much, a good rider on a 125 could easily dust their ass on this thing. maybe they use them to bust the desert wide open at 100+ mph... you'd have to be superman to hang on to this thing.
-
An ego trip. For practical purposes a 250 or 300 two stroke is about all the power you can get traction for in the dirt. And they're easy to start.
-
Yeah! what a fucken beast!

Bigger! We need 900 & 1000 twin cylinder MX bikes. I want so much torque that a 7' tall 300 lb guy would say he had enough power. Then we need larger wheels, something like 25" at the rim (remember the 79 Honda cr 125 had a 23"), that would raise the ground clearance so the big guys boots wouldn't drag , that's what took Windham out and he was just 6' - 6'1". Then we make the midgets weigh in with their bikes and everyone has to meet the minimum weight, we could try 425 lbs, that would make a 200Lb. rider right at the weight target, Carmichael weighed 140, a 6'9 bean pole weighs 250. That would repair modern motocross. No more midget domination! No more shrunken bikes, no more midget power to weight advantage and thus no more guaranteed midget holeshots. Make the whoops 7-9' deep and 12' apart, and every rider would have a fair chance to win.

when was the last year Maico produced bikes?
-
so much for the skid plate its rattling off.lol

Where do you go for parts when you need them quickly? parts have to be limited, and since they're limited and not mass produced they're probably more expensive than they should be.
