Beef -the night before. No carbs or sauces with it. Maybe some rice or a salad. You will experience a notable reduction of fatigue . Don't take my word for it - try it. Also -you do this twice maybe three times /week -not evry day-let it process out.

I agree with all of that.

There are a lot of fads when it comes to post workout nutrition. The big one right now is that you need TONS of protein which is just not true. Carbs>protein The best things you can do after a ride are: 1. Drink some more water 2. Eat some thing easy with fast absorbing carbs/nutrient (such as fruit/carb heavy recovery drink) 3. Within an hour eat a solid balanced meal. This includes a large amount of healthy carbs, some lean protein, and green vegetables. Hope this helps

I missed a lot of the audio, so maybe I'm off on this, but did he just put a couple scrambled eggs over a piece of bread or a pastry with a bit of green (arugula perhaps) on top? That's his breakfast of champions? No wonder he doesn't win more bunch sprints...

i would eat some chicken and pasta like he says there are so many myths around nutrition just keep it simple youll have less sick days which = more training which equals faster times

i like pure protein bars and then any protein shake will help
