Me and my younger brother got pulled over for speeding on our mini bikes on the street, enjoy! :) My Mini bike: 212cc Blue and red Baja Blitz mini bike. My Mods: 212cc Predator, Max Torque Clutch, 18lb Springs, Straight pipe Header, Advanced 4 degree timing key, Bypassed Throttle stop, Air Filter kit, 0.36 Jet, 140. Emulsion Tube, and Champion racing Spark Plug and cap. My Brother's Mini bike: 212cc Metallic Grey Baja Blitz. My Brother's Mods: 212cc Predator, Max Torque clutch, and Bypassed Throttle stop.

if it's under 50cc it's not street legal, BUT you are allowed to drive them on backroads and you DON'T need a license to drive them (BUT it depends on the state you live in as well, because all states have different laws of the roads, look up your DMV website and print out the requierments, if you think it's legal then show the officers the papers that the DMV has put out for road laws)

in nebraska you don't need a license if it does not exceed 50cc and has another way to move it from the driving position

you can't out run a dodge chargher that has the police motor in it and those were 212 that you were on your lucky he did not just confunscate your bike and if you did get catched after running wihch you you would then you get a paroll oficor and next time u make little mastaik then big punishment yeah mini bikes are relly cool

in ct if its under 50 cc its legal it just has to have head and break lights as long as you dont drive it on the road ways luckly there are plenty of back roads
