This is not something we support or condone. You can see how terrified the monkey is of the trainer each time it falls and passes him and we assure you that we were not one of the people laughing in the audience. One thing to consider is how surprising it is what these animals are capable of. The capabilities are an example that human beings may not be the only ones who can use tools and that the need to adapt for survival may bring out new traits in animals that we thought were unique to people.
