Hello Mootaineers, Here is an image of my beloved Moots Mooto-X YBB 10th Anniversary Limited Edition. I've been tinkling and building bikes ever since I was 8-years-old, back when we had to order parts from the BMX Plus and Mountain Bike Action magazines (you know what I'm talking about)! I've built numerous bikes for friends and family, as well as, some great bikes for myself to race and "freeride" over the years. However, it wasn't until lately that I had an opportunity to build my dream bike - my ONE bike. I wanted to build a bike that was just not loaded with superb components, but a practical bike that can efficiently navigate what is in my mind directly onto the trails. I have been a great fan of Moots for many decades, but I could never in my wildest dreams believe I would have one parked in the stable. Cycling is beyond a passion for me, it is an integral part of a lifelong equation spun on a centripetal axle that spits out all that I feel in my heart and soul, and my MXYBB is the ultimate solution from crown to dropouts. Special thanks to everyone at Moots for always inspiring me with your creations, especially when I was 8-years-old drooling over those few pages of bike ecstasy. So from Elf Double Cross to the modern Moots, it's been a wonderful journey on two wheels and I can't wait until tomorrow for it to continue all over again. ~TA FRAME: Moots Mooto-X YBB 10th Anniversary Limited Edition (20 inch) FORK: Fox Float 29 World Championship Limited Edition (15mm QR axle) Shimano PRO XCR 29er Carbon Special Edition HEADSET: Chris King Hans Rey World Championship Special Edition Wheels4Life Dreadset (1-1/8) STEM: Edge Enve Composite and Titanium Weaved/Hardware HANDLEBAR: Edge Enve Composite (high rise) GRIPS: Oury (clamp-on) and ODI (bar ends) BRAKESET: Shimano XTR M975 (180mm front and 160mm rear) SHIFTERS: SRAM XO (9 speed) FRONT DERAILLEUR: Shimano XTR M975 (top pull) REAR DERAILLEUR: SRAM XO (9 speed) CASSETTE: SRAM XO 990 (9 speed) CRANKSET: Shimano M975 (175mm) and Titanium Tri Sprockets CHAIN: Shimano XTR PEDALS: Crank Brothers Candy Special Edition (White Carbon and Ti axle) SADDLE: Prologo Nago EVO X10 (Titanium and Carbon) SEATPOST: Moots Cinch Titanium Layback SEATCLAMP: Moots Titianum WHEELSET: Stan's NoTubes ZTR Arch EX 29er DT Swiss Titanium and Chris King Components Hubs TIRES: Maxxis Crossmark 29er UST Tubeless and Stan's NoTubes Kit Weight: 20.3 lbs (Fox Float), 18.5 (Shimano PRO XCR)
