Great videos. The bike looked awesome finished with that killer stem. I'm waiting for my Gravity Monster Pro to arrive, so I can start upgrading it. Anyway, you mentioned on the video that you wanted BD to come out with Ti frame. I just got word from them today that it will be sold in Spring or Summer of 2015. I don't know if it wil be a FB4, but they will have a Titanium Fat Bike at some point in 2015. I can't wait to get one.

Hi there, thanks for the video. I need a bike to switch between cyclocross (what i ride daily) and bike (to be bought) to ride in moderate heavy snow for daily commuting. Would this fit the bill? How does it do on ice? Tires any good? Thanks.

Thanks for the great video. Since you weighed each part of the bike, how much did the bike end up weighing. I'm thinking of purchasing the FB4.
Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to take the weights and post them.
I have an FB4 Elite and while I like the hubs, the rims are a bit overkill and I've built a second wheelset with drilled HL-80s (1lb less per wheel!) and will soon be relacing the stock front hub to an HL-80. These are the same rims as the Boris.
Now that the X5/X7 and 2015 X9s are announced at great discount, folks have a lot to look forward to with Fat Bikes from BD. They're all great deals. -
Great review. These bikes seem like a bargain compared to the much higher priced fat bikes out there. I don't have a bunch of spare parts, or the mechanical know-how, to upgrade. Would you still suggest going with the Comp, or am I better off going with a Pro or Boris X9? I really appreciate any input. Thanks!!
