motorized bike .i have rode this bike now for 500 miles without a single issue. it seems to run better and better. increased power and economy. have not replaced a thing thus far. the other bike is a boygofast. it sucks. cant tell you how the engine runs because i cant get it to run. i have only tried for a couple of hours and suspect the kill switch. i cant stress this enough DO NOT BUY FROM BOYGOFAST. aweful seller. its a gamble when buying from them.

Put a new spark plug coil in it

I have bought a kit I started it got it going as soon as I got going down hill killed the engine and drivetrain broke spokes on new start by poping the clutch ruined the rim had to replace it because of starting it wrong

Just cut the wires on the kill switch then you will know .

Take the magneto off sand the back up to the engine . It is either tat or he acid .

oh yeah get one of them occ choppers mate. I just built one. and what a sweet ride. I put new legs on mine with a jackshaft and 3 speed and a few more things. total I spent $700 maybe a few more bucks. But think of the insurance money and tags and taxes I don't pay for a motor bicycle. Will save me that in a year maybe two.

check the wires just to make sure you have a connection. and you can always use the other bikes parts to troubleshoot the issue.

The kill switch can be tested with a DVOM for continuity. You will not derive any valid information from the feel of the switch as you push it. IF The switch has shorted then it will prevent the excitation of the ignition coil from the Magnito

what was the kit you used on the better bike?

switch parts back and forth take one piece off one bike take the some piece off other bike do it part by part

Where did you get the good motor from?

Only three things it could be . magneto could be wired wrong or its not working or u need a new one if thiers no spark iliminate process like new plug and no spark means plugs fine but theirs no power generating for the spark plug.manetos in them can be shotty! and as soon as yo change them you find some are better than others. just illiminate the processes of whats right and whats wrong :0) make shore you run TT synthetic in the little bike It will love it :D

who did you buy your first kit from?

Put a volt-meter on the input to the coil and see if you get a voltage blip when you spin the engine. If you do then it's your CD/coil box. Remove the wires from the coil for this test. If you get no voltage blip then it is your mag coil. How has the chain stretch factor been for you? Know that if you get a shift kit there will be a LOT more stuff that can screw up involved and that you will be stretching more chains that will have to be dealt with. There will without a doubt be a large trade off between maintenance and reliability there.

Your header is on back to front on thesecond bike. The sparkplug should be facing north

Hi Im finishing installing an 80cc on my bike, motor looks same model as yours (on bigger bike), mine is sold by Motor-Id on Ebay... engine casting is coated black.

and check the kill switch some are bad or they just go.out. remember its all chinese shit
