Motorized bike 2stroke Kit Common Clutch Problem solution!
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
49cc 66cc 80cc 2stroke motors all have something that can wear out and make you think your engine is falling apart.. dont let it out smart you.. these two parts in the two stroke just could be the problem and could be an easy cheap solution. may take some part orders but otherwise, better than an expensive engine swap. its only parts that handle your clutch.

whats the name of the parts

yeah mines is slipping always no matter what i adjust. pretty sure its that because my rod has a HUGE dent caused by the ball.

(first sorry for non name knowledge- got bike for emergency transportaion) i have replaced chain bc it broke. took off the cover where the chain goes around and put everything back, there is this one spiky small washer that we were having trouble with but we put it infront of medal circle spike then the washer then the chain around it. then put the clutch arm back in, there was a lever that turned on the compartment cover that connects with the little medal tube we wearnt to sure on how to put exactly but when we screwed it all back together, the back tire didnt move like normal but when i let go of clutch to dis ingage the engine didnt make a sound at all.......

It could also be a ball bearing inside where the metal rod sits. I just bought me some ball bearings and replace it and works fine.

Your an idiot first thing you should do is check the ballbearing behind the pin make sure its still there and make sure it doesn't fall out and that rounded end on the pin is for the ballbearing to sit against

Sounds like you've got a cold, Mike. I couldn't make out very much of what you were saying, but that's okay. I think I got the gist, some of it anyway.

Excellent info, thus if authentic indicates the engine featured has some miles on it.No less you can take the load off the assembly by moving the drive to the opposite side welding the sprocket to a homemade steel pressure plate cover needs longer bolts and set nuts to space it correctly.I don't know why it's not seen much but it does take a few $'s to set up that way and is lighter than the kit system

chains locked up in clutch housing

I have the same problem. have you made any progress? I tried hitting it free but it did not work?
-
I had the same problem but when i tried to hit it free it didn't work. Did you hit yours from the others side where the clutch plate is. I couldn't get into the clutch mechanism from either side. My engine is brand new.

I was wondering before you put that pin back in. Would it be wise to place a little grease on the end of the pin going in to help reduce friction?
-
could this cause your chain to break or snap off?
-
about pin? you find a bolt with same diameter and cut it the same size like the pin is... that is it...
