Skills 101, and probably above. These are some practice drills I do on a weekly basis to try and stay sharp and comfortable on my bike. Safe, Confident, and In Control through Form, Finesse, and Technique. That is the my sole focus every time I throw a leg over any of my bikes.

wow how long would it take a newbie to get this good at control I have started riding 6 weeks ago and am struggling with everything lol I try to squeeze in 30 minutes a day of wheelies endos bunny hops and manuals but am getting nowhere yet!

i was stranded in the hospital fr a week and couldnt ride for about a month.. i was feeling very rusty.. my bike control was trash at that point . practicing these for a few hours helped me recover . thanks.. cheers

Great video 👍 I have a question I ride a medium mtb and struggle to get my weight behind the back wheel I've changed my stem from 70mm to 40 and still not managing to get the front wheel up should I try stretching exercises as I'm not very supple ?

I am completely new to MTB and I have a question. Do these skill drills change if your using shoes and platform pedals?
