The new Nikon D750 provides professional-level features and performance in a durable, lightweight body. Whether the user is an advanced enthusiast or seasoned pro in need of a second body, the D750 easily complements any photographic discipline with a pro-caliber capability. Sharp landscapes and portraits are simple with Nikon’s advanced 51-point AF system, the same used on Nikon’s high-end D-SLRs. The Advanced Multi-Cam 3500-FX II AF focus system also easily tracks fast moving wildlife or sports, even at the rapid, high-speed burst rate of 6.5 frames per second (fps), at full resolution. Similar to the Nikon D4S, the D750 features the 91,000-pixel 3D Color Matrix Meter III and its blazing fast AF system uses 15 cross-type AF sensors for enhanced accuracy, with 11 cross-type sensors that are fully functional up to f/8. In addition to normal, wide area, face priority and subject tracking AF modes, the D750 also features the new Group Area AF mode for enhanced accuracy. Challenging light such as a poorly lit wedding reception is also no problem for the D750, as the AF system has been improved with the ability to lock on to subjects in as little as -3 EV illumination, a first for any Nikon D-SLR

I bought a Nikon D750 DSLR camera for just the reason you mentioned, it doesn't sacrifice capabilities for it's compact size. Great Nikon D750 camera review.

I just got it, I was deciding between the D750 or the D810, got the D750 + 16-35 f/4 VR for the difference in price, having shoot both cameras, best decision I've ever made, the weight, the design on the new grip, the DR, the tilting screen, the AF are just outstanding. So happy with it until now! It's just an amazing 2nd body for the pros, if you can get your hand on a D4S or what will be the next top of the line, Olympic Games coming on 2016 so great time for the photography world and big announcements to come. The D810 is trully amazing, but really specific for some work, the 36MP was a deal breaker for me, not for others.

Sorry I'm not sure if he said. Can you zoom in on it?
-
You mean the D650 since it has a D600 body the a screen that move. Nikon just called it D750 for those who wanted a replacement on the D700 that had. Better body and bigger.
-
I would happily switch from Canon to this.
-
But is it better than 6D? Really how does it do in Video ?? And what do you mean by still video? I need to shoot action!
-
A very compelling Camera, and logical upgrade from the D5300.

What about the sound clunky clunky clunky. Can we reduce the clicking sound. It is rather clunking sound. Please let us know. I did not buy today while I had gone to buy. If the noise is less I will buy now!

1/4000 shutter speed? What you were thinking Nikon ! you sucks !
-
Hi you mention this is compatible with the SB700 and SB910, is it compatable with the SB800 please
-
Please make a camera that takes still photos ONLY that are as good as the old style medium format film cameras and take out all the video crap so it'll be cheaper! I Have a dedicated £300 HD video camera when I want to make videos, I dont want to be taking out what amounts to £2,000 worth of camera & lens to shoot a 90 minute football match. And the flip screen wont last 3 months before it gets broken & to fix will cost lots of ££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

Is the shutter quiet? Is there a quiet shutter mode?

Amazing evolution again by Nikon.
With D810 and D750, Nikon's products are second to none making the gap more wide among the other companies which are left miles behind.
