Check Out the Eccentric at http://www.dirtybike.com/en/node/854 NS Bikes Eccentric Brand new for 2014: a beautiful but tough hardtail for all mountain and trail riding. We built this frame using Tange Eccentric cromoly tubes that have been developed over the years for our dirt-jump bikes. The result is an incredibly strong yet light hardtail for aggressive trail riding. The Eccentric is designed primarily for 650B wheels but will work with 26" too. Rides best with a 140-150mm fork. The weight of the frame is approximately 2.4kg which is light by any standards, but thanks to our in depth knowledge of steel frame constructions we know that it will also be strong enough to hold up to a lot of abuse. All the know-how that NS has managed to aquire over the years in building steel hardtails has been funneled into the frame of this bike and it really is the very best money can buy. I am 1,93m and the L frame works perfect for me!
Consider that this frame has a long top tube.
Ride it with a 5mm short stem and it's still long enough! No contact with the handlebar when pedaling.
Feels very quick and agile on descent riding! My new favorite bike. -
for all people looking on information on this frame .... i am 5ft11.5 ride the 17.5 frame with 26' wheels and its perfect for all mountain, dh and ever dirt jumping see me on instagram riding it on jumps with ease also see mine built up http://instagram.com/robgsutton . the xl is for 6 ft1 plus ! my friend has large lapierre and hes 6ft 2 and it feels shorten then my medium ns so even 6 ft2 could ride this.
