500 watts is nothing. You need at least 2,000 with 2 people.

Court, You do an amazing job, and I always check out your review on any given bike that I want to know more about. For this tandem review though, I would have enjoyed seeing a passenger on the bike with you. I am volunteering Turbo Bob for any future tandem reviews.

When you take off on this bike, does the kickstand retract itself, if you're alone? If so, how do you put it back down when you're done?
