Pedestrian and bicycle accident on Venice Beach

On a busy weekend, a guy crosses the Venice Beach bicycle path without looking. At the same time, a foreign girl riding her bicycle (a bit outta control) can't stop in time. After the accident, she claims this is the first time she has ridden a bike that didn't have handle bar brakes. This was caught on my GoPro camera mounted on my bicycle handle bar.

That girl is stupid. Overtaking on blind corner (pedestrians block the view) and on the crosswalk (i am not sure what say about it US highway code, but in my country this is prohibited if crosswalk is without traffic lights). At 0:16 She clearly see pedestrian trying to cross a bike path and she decides to run pedestrian over ?!

Even from the start i knew she would have caused it nearly caused 2 at the start.

not sure about america, but in the uk pedestrian have priority on zebra crossing. So the cyclist was at fault.

Ok Let me get this right. This stupid bitch is cycling a bike for the first time, the bike has no breaks, she can just about keep the thing up-right, she then ignores advance warnings of the "XING", Then when the guys steps out she attempts to to avoid a collision by swerving in the same direction that the guy is heading. It could have been a small child crossing. I hope this women never gets on a bike again.
