It was a commercial and not very well done. First of all you can hear the dubbed in sound of the rotors even that are smooth, even and repetitious. There are added audio tracks or radio chatter from helos with references to the rescue basket being underneath the craft (Coast Guard). Obviously voice actors being made to sound like they are talking on radio with squelch turned off, not realistic at all in the modern day with actual police radios.
