Have you ever wondered, how your G&G GP exhaust is produced? This video shows a couple of the steps in the process of creating your exhaust. All our exhausts are hand-made in Italy, according to high standards. Of course, we are always ready to answer all your questions! We receive a lot of comments about the fact that no welding gloves are used. Our main goal was to show the process as well as we could, and the decision was made not to use gloves for once. At 1:00 on the table there are a lot of tube parts cut to the angle. What tools or technique did you use to cut tube to specific angle?

EeGads! Pure eye-candy. I use to think the girl across the street turned me on. I nearly reached climax before the MIG showed up :O) This is a whole new level of build quality IMHO. Seriously... SS+TIG+FUSION+TALENT=ART. Be a shame to mount that on a bike, wink. Thanks for sharing!

when you welded the upper part (outcome of exhaust) it didnt look like you were using any thread(filament or what its called). but then at the intake side and the piece you mount the exhaust with you were using some sort of thread.
bare in mind i am a n00b at welding so please explain it to me as if i was a complete idiot :D

excellent craftsmanship, not so keen on the music lol. I was not aware you could get this kind of weld with no filler. think I'll give it a try.
