Pulled Over by a Cool Police officer on Super Pocket Bike (x18), Dropped the bike + 6:50 for cop

Just Stunting in a parking lot and some dude started to talk on the phone to someone and his car was there for over an hour and he wasn't then he comes out and calls on me. You can see him standing on his phone. But oh well. I got the plate and car description so I can ask him if i was hurting him so bad that he had to call the police. But the officer was pretty cool. First time busted ever, and a whole year since the beginning. And i've been seen riding by cops quite a few times and never have they ever bothered. But this wont stop me. Ill still ride. just not for the rest of the day. SUPER THANKFUL IT WASNT IMPOUNDED. But unfortunately my Bike fell over :(

The cop said "You can't ride that" What law is it that says you can't ride a child's bike on the public streets? I would like to know to see if my state has that law... Anyway CA has to many laws
