lol funny as this is, here's my opinion. If you're a bicyclist, or a jogger, or a dog-walker or walker in general, and there's a sidewalk on the side of a road, and you refuse to ride on said sidewalk and instead want to stay on the road, I should have every right to hit you for refusing to use the goddamn sidewalk!
