bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
https://electricbikereview.com/rad-power-bikes/radcity/ The Rad Power Bikes RadCity is a value priced but featured packed urban commuter style electric bike with everything from fenders, to LED lights, rear carry rack and regenerative braking. Solid driving and braking performance with a 750 watt gearless hub motor and 180 mm mechanical disc brakes... you get five levels of assist plus twist throttle that overrides with full power. Comfortable 2.3" all-terrain tires, basic suspension fork with lockout, ergonomic grips and an adjustable angle stem, the bike comes in two frame sizes for improved fit!. Gearless motors are durable and quiet but less zippy (especially from start) and tend to weigh more, the RadCity weighs ~60 lbs which is on the heavier side, rear light is not wired in.

Great video quality, are you using a camera stabilizer? Top-notch review, and bike manufacturer. Wish I could afford one!

I wish there's a rear suspension on this bike...

Ho Hum, still seems like something from the 70's. Unrefined to be sure.
Get and Evolve Carbon GT skateboard for a few hundred more and find out what next level, radical, whatever means. -
thanks for the review. I watched it a few times before I pulled the trigger on buying the Rad City. I own several road bikes and MTBs but this is our first e-bike that I got primarily so my wife and I could ride more together in the hilly area we live. Awesome bike, can't say enough good things. Definitely one I would recommend to anyone. I checked it's range on flatter and very hilly sections and it's definitely got some serious endurance as well as torque to pull away.

Nice. You all have put so much thought into this bike. This is on my wish list.

I need help! Why is there so much price difference between something like this and maybe the outlaw from Bulls ebikes. Is there much quality difference, or maybe even a pedego interceptor. I'm trying to figure the price difference.

For the entire video I only had one nagging concern.. How easy is it to remove the rear wheel and replace the tube when you get flats?

I've been commuting 30 miles round trip on a RadRover for the past eight months and absolutely love it. I am thrilled by what I'm seeing in the RadCity.

I was at Seattle over the weekend for a conference and noticed how many e-bikes and bike commuters on the road. Seeing how wet Seattle is is easy to see why they would make the controller serviceable. If i have know Rad Power was in the city i would have loved to visit them.

Great Review!

hope ebike manufacturers start shipping these types of bikes to the Philippines, the only "electric" bikes i've seen around here are the ugly scooter looking ones that have questionable components

Excellent review.

Love your reviews. I could listen to you all day.

The bike looks great and I will look at getting one when it's time to up date until then my radrover is still doing awesome. I just wish the radrover had a built in rack like this bike does and regen for the breaks is awesome with power going back into the battery

is there poor torque because it's direct drive rather than using reduction gears?
