7:22 i was biking to a friends house one day and i passed this guy on the sidewalk, at night, who was walking and i didnt think anything of it and kept going. all of a sudden he yelled out "help me!" as i passed him. i turned around to see what was up. this guy was drunk and asked me very politely to help him home. this guy was black, so im assuming he was scared to death of being picked up by the police and possibly discriminated against, so i immediately said "yeah! no problem". got off my bike and walked him all the way home. when we got there, he BEGGED me to let him pay me, and i was like "nah man, it was just to help you. thats what we should be doing". he started to cry and hugged me. ill never forget that.

I'd just want to say how heart warming & pleasing it is to see such human kindness & caring toward another person who is a total stranger to us & to whom we owe no debt of gratitude or courtesy toward, where by we should stop what it is that we're going about within our daily grind & we actually take the time to put someone else & their situation/circumstances before our own to help them in whatever way we can due to there situation being of a less fortunate nature than we find ourselves...
As to why people automatically have to reference towards the old tarnish brush of "drugs or alcohol" obviously being responsible for each & every representation they see before them that they can brush aside & ignore due to self infliction by the person that is in need of some form of help regardless of its manifestation, they may well suprised to find out should they choose to give these people the benefit the doubt, courtesy & respect they deserve, that not all people fall under one umbrella...
Due to there lack of concern for people around them in daily life, other than themselves they miss out on the rewards that can be found within the people that aren't under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but actually are people that just need a guiding hand through life by being less fortunate than those around them...
I spend many hours helping these people that get falsely represented day after day by arrogance & self obsession within people that leads to bullying, persecution & isolation which does absoutley nothing for the self worth & confidence of these people who sadly are already labelled by society as having and needing a heightened "duty of care toward" and sadly are also seen to be a "safe guarding issue" ....
These people are truly amazing in ways that are seldom witnessed by people due to the lack of time & respect shown to these people...
And a final note to my sermon from the keyboard is this point here... If each & every one of us in the world was to give daily a length of time no longer than the time given by the gentleman on the blue bike shown in this clip, then the world & the people within it would be a better place & a more respectful, caring & considerate group of people who would ultimatley feel better within themselves whereby the rewards from there endeavours would be self gratifying & continue its growth through each & every selfless act given to those less fortunate... -
Im very curious as to why he said 100 mph apposed to using kph because he is a brit.
