Try not to rag the head around like you did because it'll damage the big end rollers in the bearing, there very delicate and crush real easy and same goes for the wrist pin bearings too, pulling and bending this way will surly do this damage and then it'll just seize after a short time, literally just pulling the con rod over left or right will bend these little pins and thas ya crank knackered then, just compress the piston rings because they would of been court on the exhaust port and you just kept pulling on it lol! That will have taken a chunk out ya piston rings and more than likely scored the barrel! Cheap engines or not £60 or not you need to take a little more care of how its ripped down, save you a load of money too, also change your gaskets everytime if you don't you'll be stripping it back down to replace the gasket and you could of done it when the heads off, think ahead when stripping a motor and order all the gaskets and bearings needs and then no big surprises when half stripped 👍 good luck kidda and take ya time stripping down and ya motors will last you a life time 😉😉

I am impressed with your knowledge of 2 stroke engine rebuilding at such an age. Just awesome. Keep the mechanics going, you will always use those skills through out your life. Two thumbs up Dylan
